    I can't attend the event, but I want to purchase the fankit. Can I?
    Yes, you can. The deadline for the reservation of fankits is until March 6. Although, you have to wait once the event is finished for us to ship it.

    I registered but I can't go anymore. Are there refunds?
    The tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. Look for a person who wants to a slot and let us know via Twitter DMs if you would like to change the ticket name.

    What time is the event?
    1:00PM to 5:00PM only. The event area will be closed by 5:00PM so please do not be late.

    How do I go from my place to the event location?
    We will release commuting ways to go to Navarra St.
